Bowling For Soup launch EP/album-funding Pledge campaign

Pledge Music logoBowling For Soup are ready to start recording their first new material in three years. Drunk Dynasty will be the third release the band have put out using Pledge Music as their sole means of fundraising and you can start throwing money at them right now.

As ever, the band are offering a ridiculous number of perks and extras dependant on how much you’re prepared to spend. From a dinky sum for a copy of the EP (or album – the band refer to it as both, but there will be between six and eight tracks on it) as a digital download all the way to £2500 for an executive producer credit, there should be something for every pocket.

In addition, this will be your first chance to get hold of the audio and video recordings of the band’s acoustic show they did at the Union Chapel in London back in 2013.

As a bonus, 5% of all the money raised after the goal is reached goes to Hunter’s Hope, a charity raising money for Krabbe, Leukodystrophies, and Newborn Screening – a very, very worthwhile cause.

The band will begin recording on June 6th (two days after turning 22 years old), but there’s no release date as yet. The campaign has 60 days left to run as of today.

Don’t forget that you can also see them in a rare support role later this year, touring with Steel Panther and Buckcherry in October. A tour which is covering London, Cardiff, Manchester and Birmingham – no Scottish or Irish dates. BOO!
