Is this your first time at Bloodstock?

As Devil’s Playground yes. We played here three years ago in a separate band on the Jäger stage which was awesome but we’re really excited to be playing. And we’re also looking forward to catching a lot of the bands this weekend as well.

Is there anything you’d change about Bloodstock?

There’s not really anything we want to change really. There’s no real thing that we’d change as it’s all quite good.

What bands would you book if you were in charge?

Coheed and Cambria probably and some good headliners.

What do you think has led the festival to sell out this year?

Probably because of the name and also the community part of it. The New Blood stuff is really good as well and brings a lot of people in. It’s not just about the bands, it’s about the people and the fans at the end of the day.

What do you think led to you guys playing at Bloodstock?

Probably the fact that we like to have fun on stage. We want to make sure that folks are having a good time and our music is pretty heavy anyway.
