[avatar user=”Katie” size=”50″ align=”left” /]Coventry rock band The Prophets held a brilliant launch party a couple of days ago for their new EP Waiting For The End.
The venue was packed with friends, family and fans who had travelled far and wide to show their support and The Prophets did not disappoint. The female-fronted four-piece put on a fantastic show which not only showcased the four new songs that appear on the new EP, but also included covers by We Are The In Crowd and Bring Me The Horizon, plus classic tracks from their previous self-titled EP.
The choice of support bands was superb; first up were Tan.Trum from Rugby who showed an incredible amount of skill for their young age, followed fellow Coventry band The Ellipsis, and finally Manchester-based former Band of the Day A Mouth Full Of Matches. I highly recommend checking out all of these bands if you find them in your area.
Waiting For The End is out now and is available on iTunes, Spotify and in hard-copy from The Prophets’ online shop. Not sure if you’re like it? Check out our review – we did!
