Not the oldest of tracks, so some may quibble the term “classic”, but a damn fine song nonetheless and a damn fine cover to match. Hangarvain just released their new album Freaks in their homestead of Italy and it’s due out everywhere else on April 7th.
“Me and Mary Jane” isn’t on the album so scroll yourself down and listen to this pretty faithful cover here. The band have picked it to do as a tribute to Black Stone Cherry who they regard as a massive influence on their music.
